Neurodivergent Coaching
If you're autistic, AuDHD, ADHD or have another form of neurodivergence, you might find it hard to find the right type of support. I offer coaching that helps you see things from a different perspective and take decisions to suit your neurodivergent needs. You don't need to have an official diagnosis - just a belief that you'd benefit from having someone alongside you to help you walk a more authentic, fulfilling and manageable path. Individual sessions are available for £150 per session or you can book a block of 4 sessions for £500.
Relationship Coaching
Whether you've had an official diagnosis or strongly suspect you're neurodivergent, it can be very difficult to become a more authentic version of yourself around your partner. Noone's to blame here - adjusting to new ways of being can be challenging for everyone, particularly when there's a lack of understanding of someone's experience. This isn't relationship counselling in the traditional sense - instead, it's an opportunity for both partners to learn about neurodivergence and find ways to move forwards. It can also be helpful for parent/ child or sibling relationships.
