Neurodivergent people often face considerable difficulties in the workplace, from lack of support to finding positions unsustainable or uninteresting (which is the death knell for many of us!). If you want someone who has been there, leaving behind her a trail of failed career choices before finally establishing not one but two successful, creatively fulfilling businesses, my coaching programme could be exactly what you need. You don't need to have had a diagnosis to work with me - just a strong sense that your strengths, capabilities and needs aren't being met in your current situation and that you could benefit from coaching to become more personally and financially successful. Neurodivergent career coaching
I'm not going to go on too much about my career history, except to say that up until the last few years, since discovering I was autistic, it wasn't great. I had huge ambitions. I pursued a Ph.D., landed the dream academic job and...it all went wrong. I was in that post for a couple of years and jumped before I was pushed. Then the same thing happened. Again and again. If I'd known I was neurodivergent and had support in place would things have been different? Absolutely. Thrive at Work: Neurodivergent Assessment Programme
Option 1: Single session assessment & report £395
Includes 2 hour session to determine your strengths and needs and detail the type of support you require in order to feel supported & work to your strengths. Includes written report of requested reasonable accommodations & ongoing email support.

Option 2: Implementation support package £950
Includes everything in the single session assessment & report. Includes 3 hour-long coaching sessions over the course of 6 weeks and 15 minute weekly catch-ups, exploring any changes that are taking place in the workplace and any actions that are still required to create the change you need.

Option 3: Workplace Integration package
Includes everything in the implementation support package, and various options including joint meetings with your manager and neurodivergent workplace training. Pricing is tailored to individual needs.
Career Pivot Programme
Option 1: Single session assessment & report £395
Includes 2 hour session to explore career options that feel authentic, fulfilling and manageable against the backdrop of exploring those options which haven't felt right for you. Includes an honest reflection of your wants, strengths and needs and a written report detailing your potential future career directions.

Option 2: Career change support package £950
Includes everything in the single session assessment & report. Includes 3 hour-long coaching sessions over the course of 6 weeks and 15 minute weekly catch-ups over the course of 6 weeks. During your coaching sessions, we'll explore those measures you're taking to shape your new career and I'll support you as you continue to follow through on your actions.

Option 3: Career transition implementation
Includes everything in the implementation support package, and various options including additional meetings, support for interview preparation or additional support sessions as you adjust to the reality of exploring a new career. Pricing is tailored to individual needs.
NeuroStrengths Entrepreneur Programme
Option 1: Single session assessment & report £395
Includes 2 hour session to explore where you currently are as a business owner, and where you want to be. We'll explore your strengths and those aspects of yourself you feel are holding you back. You'll receive a written report detailing everything we've talked about and a clear roadmap forwards.

Option 2: Entrepreneur support package £950
Includes everything in the single session assessment & report. Includes 3 hour-long coaching sessions over the course of 6 weeks and 15 minute weekly catch-ups. During your coaching sessions, we'll explore how you are progressing regarding your original goals, and what measures you can take to further work with your entrepreneurial strengths, whilst ensuring your needs are met.

Option 3: Business vision realisation
Whilst we never reach an end point as entrepreneurs, we can tell when things have shifted significantly in the right direction. Creating our vision might need a longer-term commitment of a year or so and having support can make the difference between limping along and creating a truly visionary, fulfilling life and business.
